My commitment to effective teaching methods is evident in my academic achievements.

I have been teaching history and economics full-time at prestigious institutions such as Robert College, Marmara College, and Hisar School in Turkey. My goal is to inspire and guide students on their path to knowledge. I have actively participated in academic seminars and organizations, contributing to stimulating discussions on history education, curriculum design, and active learning methodologies. My contributions to research and teaching have received recognition, including my role as a core team member of the Erasmus + research project "Learning to Disagree". Furthermore, I am a certified teacher for AP Economics and AP World History.

I hold strong beliefs about education, which involve creating a space for active learning, critical thinking, and inclusivity. Previously, I have taught the IB DP program as well as AP Language and Literature.

After graduation I stayed in China to teach English, I now have 8 years of teaching experience in the education industry, I have worked in various training schools and schools around Chengdu. I have been awarded "The Most Trustworthy Teacher," "Excellent Teacher" and various other awards.

I am passionate about my career and am continuing to explore and research the IB curriculum. I am also good at observing the learning trends of each student and finding better learning methods for each student so that my classes are engaging and interesting for all.

I come from Zambia. have 11 years teaching experience in international schools. I have taught Cambridge's IGCSE and A-Level Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics and Checkpoint Science for middle school. I have also taught FieldWork Education's IMYC Science for middle school and IBDP Physics. I was awarded 2019 and 2021 Cambridge Dedicated Award certificates by Cambridge University Press. I am excited to join Chengdu Meishi International School and teach MYP Science.

Mr. Gabriel is from Quito, the capital of Ecuador in South America, famous for its rich biodiversity including the Galapagos Island. He studied Electronical and Telecommunications Engineering and spent 7 years in the field of project management to provide quality Telecom services for three prestigious companies, American Mobile, Ericsson, and Huawei. As part of his career development, he obtained his master's degree in Electronic Engineering with Business Management at King's College London through a national scholarship. Also, as part of his teaching journey, he obtained his International Postgraduate Certificate in Education at the University of Derby. He has been teaching and working in China for the last 4 years in Beijing, mainly with Cambridge Curriculum, and he has fostered problem-solving skills in his students. Gabriel believes that mathematics is an essential skill for any daily activity, and not only for science-related fields, so that's why we should cherish our learning in this field rather than be afraid of the subject.

I come from the country of Northern Ireland, within the United Kingdom. I studied Philosophy as my major at Dundee University with politics as my minor. I feel these subjects and my experience in them have helped develop my own language as well as my ability to teach others.

I've worked at numerous training centers and public high schools across Chengdu since moving here in 2016 and have received training in both teaching and testing students for IELTs.

I love football, have my own team in Chengdu and look forward to helping whichever Meishi football team I can to the best of my abilities.

I was born and grew up in the USA.  After Master's graduation, I worked in multiple states across the US teaching, coaching sports, and in Educational Administration at multiple levels.  Later I added additional Educational expereinces in Malaysia, Dubai (UAE), and Thailand as well. I first came to China in 2016 and have greatly enjoyed it, so I continue working and living in Chengdu.

I love teaching and working with students helping them discover new things and aquire additional skills.  My philosophy is that of a firm belief in Life-Long Learning and being a positive citizen of the world. I hope to make an impact helping our students continue to learn, grow, and develop.

I studied Literature, Sociology and Ancient History at Rhodes University in South Africa. I have lived and taught English as a Second Language in China for 9 years. I have expeience teaching many different age groups. I really enjoy teaching and look forward to continuing learning and growing with Meishi.

I was born and raised in Alaska, eventually settling down in Anchorage. After high school I studied English Literature in a Jesuit university in Washington. Reading and literary discussion has always been a large part of my life and I'm really excited to bring that passion to my teaching here. I moved to China in 2011, teaching basic oral English to IT and digital art students in Dalian. I moved on to teaching English major students in Wulumuqi and finally oral English and audio/visual seminar at Dalian Maritime University. I've become interested in bicycling since arriving in China, and hope to explore Chengdu by bike in the near future.

I am a mechanical engineer by education. My teaching career started with preparing students for Mathematics and Physics sections of India’s version of 高考 (called the IIT JEE). This is my 18th year teaching physics, and the 8th teaching IB Diploma courses.
